SHIPPING POLICY
Dispatch and Delivery Timeline:
- Our products are dispatched from various warehouses and are aimed to be delivered within 5-7 business days in India (this does not include processing time of 1-2 days)
- We strive for prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Free-delivery is only available for pre-paid orders

Order Addresses and Multiple Deliveries:
- Orders are shipped to the address provided during the payment process.
- For shipping to multiple addresses, separate orders need to be placed.
Order Processing:
- We process orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be taken up the following day.
Courier Partners and Delivery:
- We have partnered with reputable couriers for reliable and safe delivery.
- Deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. Responsibility for the order is transferred to the person signing for the delivery.
Post-Delivery:
- We are not responsible for any damage to products post-delivery.
- Any discrepancies, damages, or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery through our contact page.
Incorrect Addresses and Undelivered Orders:
- We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at the time of order placement.
- If an order is marked ‘Delivered’ but not received, please report within 24 hours for us to assist effectively.
